Adams Canyon, Fall
We live in Kaysville near Adam’s Canyon. As my children were growing up, we hiked the canyon often as it was close yet afforded a little wild space with trees, a stream, and waterfalls. I continue to hike the canyon. The Fall season is especially beautiful with the changing leaves. I always take a small sketchbook and my small palette of watercolors when hiking. This painting is made from those color notes and other reference material I collected on my hikes.
The painting is 10.25x14 inches. The framed size is 17x20 inches.
This painting received an Honorable Mention award at the Utah Watercolor Society show in Fall of 2025.
